What you get

  • PRIVATE CLASSES Schedule 2 one-to-one classes with me during your course. Each class is 30 minutes. Practice speaking and listening, get feedback and tips, ask questions, build up your confidence.

How does Parlo Italiano work?

Speak from day one. Listen to real everyday conversations in Italian (my husband and I discussing the shopping list, my son and I deciding what to have for an afternoon snack).Practice the vocabulary and focus on the grammar in the conversation.

What about grammar? Learn grammar as you go, in our short and easy grammar focus lessons. You learn poco a poco, only what is relevant at that step in your learning journey.

What you learn

Have a basic conversation in Italian: talk about yourself (your likes and dislikes, your everyday life, your plans for the weekend), talk about the weather (always handy ), say how you are feeling, describe people and places, order your breakfast...

Learn the vocabulary and grammar that go with all that: (the verb to be and to have, the presente indicativo of regular verbs, the two most used irregular verbs,  articles, plural of regular nouns, adjectives).

Learn what to say in formal and informal situations when it comes to greetings and goodbyes, asking people how they are, apologizing and saying you are sorry.

Try different types of exercises: drag and drop, quizzes, fill the gap, listen and answer, speaking and listening exercises. Find out which is your favourite!

  • Is this the right course for me?

    "Parlo Italiano!" is the right course for you if: you speak English, you have very little or no Italian at all. If you are not sure this is the right level for you, enrol for free and have a look or contact me on [email protected]. I'll be happy to help you

  • How long do I have access to the course for?

    You will have access to the course for a whole year from the day of purchase.

  • How much do I need to study?

    Each step may require 20 to 45 minutes to complete. Depending on the student and on the subject. You don't have to complete each step in one session. Plus, there is two assignments on which you get feedback from me. Why not making this a special "do not disturb" time for you? So you can concentrate on doing something you enjoy.

  • Can I get a refund?

    Sure! You can get a full refund within 10 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 50% of the course. More importantly: you can enroll in the course and access some units for FREE. This way, you can make sure the course is right for you before you buy it.
